CONTEST


Well, it has been another enjoyable weekend day........ What sort of crap am I saying, weekends suck! But then again, so does the rest of the week so there is no point in wishing for either to hurry up and come sooner.


Now, because I have nothing better to do, I shall try to convince you to join this stupid little game that I play, called Powerpets. Virtually like neopets (only better), this game is the only thing I have left to do on the computer when I sit up talking to people on MSN all night. Suprisingly, the game is rather fun to play, and has lots of interesting things to do, not to mention all the randoms you get to talk to. Anyway, the most important thing about this post is to inform you all of a wonderful new movie coming out hopefully sometime next year. Based on a book by one of Australia's most famous young authors Matthew Reilly, Contest is a fictitious story about Stephen Swain, a Doctor, who is transported into an old library, where he is informed he is to engage in a fight against aliens of 6 other races, in a survival of the fittest. This fight, a contest, is one that happens only every 2000 years, each time on a different planet. The library/arena where it is held has been surrounded by a forcefield, and the only way out is to win. To make matters worse, the doctor's only daughter, Holly, was also accidently transported into the arena. To make sure he daughter is safe, the only thing the poor doctor can do is fight. . .
